Belgium and the Netherlands Compared
Added 2021-11-24 12:52:07 +0000 UTCI want to thank Hilbert from the channel History with Hilbert for helping me and collaborating with me on this one. He is British but of Dutch descent, so he especially paid close attention to the history portion of my script and the pronunciations. In fact, I went ahead and had him record some pronunciations in the actual video. :) Anyway, please also check out his video looking at how and why Belgium broke away from the Netherlands.
I've decided that the next American state Comparison video will be Missouri and Arkansas Compared. Hopefully that will be up in December. I also have Shanghai and Beijing Compared planned.

On a serious note, I learned a lot about these two countries from this video. It is crazy that a 1/3 of the Netherlands lies below sea level. At least they are making the necessary investments to try and slow rising sea levels as best they can. If only the US took climate change As seriously! 2021-11-24 13:31:43 +0000 UTCAt this point I can see why you changed the perks on your Patreon tiers, most suggestions are for your ‘compared’ series so it’s way more likely for one’s video to appear if it’s, for example, a suggestion for a Supreme Court Brief. Also, another really great video! I’ll check out the other video you mentioned as well.
