You all know that I am not a fan of corporate or income taxes (wealth taxes and excise taxes are ok, in my opinion), but after researching Henry George and his land value tax over the past few weeks, I can safely tell you that a single, land value tax is the best way to go.
Maybe someday in the distant future we can actually see it happen at a widespread level.
So yeah, I'm biased toward liking Georgism, but what do YOU think? What am I missing? Why is a single, land value tax a pipe dream? Let me know. :)
