The President Who Saved the World

Ike is now my second favorite President, and I'm come to this conclusion after spending a considerable amount of time reading books about him (check my sources in the description and footnotes) and visiting to his presidential library and museum twice (2019 and 2022, which I document in the video).
We need another Ike! We are long overdue for that kind of leadership.

2022-12-06 16:56:44 +0000 UTCIke was definitely an impressive figure. His leadership on WWII, civil rights issues and the interstate highway system are damn fine accomplishments. I learned a lot from this video and liked how he did not surround himself with his cronies in his cabinet.

You can argue with how you define chistian there are at least six trees, trinitarian, trinitarian, oneness, dualist, Arian (jw's would be this), Mormon. These trees being fully separate with there own denominations springing from them.

2022-12-06 01:11:24 +0000 UTCI agree with you that his bringing religion more into government was problematic. My understanding is that he did it strategically to guide foreign perceptions of the USSR. In other words, "don't join those atheist Russians, join us."
