On the one hand you've got Turnbull spouting "disruption, new economy, blah blah blah (startup buzzwords)" and then on the other hand you've got the NSW state govt awarding the ATP development site to a combo of MIRVAC/Commbank over the combo of Walker Group/Atlassian. Hopefully there is enough meat there for you to do a vid on it but it really grinds my gears because of the contradiction but also because the 50,000 bankers coming in and out of redfern every day is going to suck the soul out of the area.
