His takes were a lot braver and groundbreaking than they may appear today as well, especially with him coming from a Catholic heavy country and in the time period he was saying these sort of things. The man was brilliant though. Not that it matters but I classify myself as an athiest-leaning Agnostic. I can't say I know or have seen enough to rule out or rule in but I am also very happy for everyone to express and indulge in their beliefs whatever they may be so long as they are peaceful

2025-07-03 10:11:31 +0000 UTCSo @brucey, after a short bit of research, the Bible mentions a "behemoth" and also a "leviathan" it is disputed as to what these terms refer. Some say hippopotamus, giraffe, or elephant. Others say Dinosaurs. As always the good books meaning is tailored to suit.
