I honestly forgot how hard I used to work to build the skill I have now. this video is a really good representation of it. and I probably filmed this towards the end of my practice session because you can see and hear I'm sweaty, tired, and moaning/grunting lol. ๐๐๐โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ people don't realize the strength, skill, and endurance twerking takes. it's a lot of work. but once you got it, you got it! let me know what you think in the comment section and please like this if you like it๐ค๐ฅฐโค๏ธ xoxo hehe
