Girl Genius Comic for Monday, October 09, 2023

This page is once again a reminder that these are not sane people. Ok, here it is, and here's another kitty drawing too! Of course I'll be back with color when i've got it.

I spent the last couple days prepping the Franz story, which is now titled "The Quest for Gold and Sequels." I haven't changed it on the main GG page yet, because I've been working on other things, but I did get it prepped enough that I was able to post it to the DriveThruComics store. I've also prepped and posted volumes 21 and 22 of the main story, made a new 1-22 bundle, and set a lot of our older titles to a half-off sale that runs through November. When I'm done here I'll go make an ad to put on social media and the main girlgeniusonline.com web site.  I also need to fix a bunch of broken links on the main GG web site, the place is like a rotting house, it's going to sink into the tarn if I don't start making repairs.

Oh, because I was working on PDFs, first for Rain Games to include in the game and now for DriveThru, I wound up tentatively naming the upcoming volumes! Volume 21 is: An Entertainment in Londinium" and I think I already told you folks that. Volume 22 is listed in the game as "The Hunt for Prende's Lantern" but I've now re-named it to "The Chronometric Lantern Expedition" which I like better. If we don't correct that title in game, (I think it maay be too late) it'll just have to be future trivia. Volume 23 is "Escape from the Island of the Rat Queen" because of course it is.

Pulp forever.

Hmm, what else? My Mom went to the beach last week and brought me some Very Good Rocks, and also some cool shells that don't stink too much. It's good to know I come by my more goblin-y tendencies honestly.

Next weekend Phil and I will be at Commandfest Portland, a Magic the Gathering event. I don't know much about it but I'm hoping I won't have to paint on cards. That's about all!
