Girl Genius Comic for Monday, October 19, 2020, and a (probably not canon) sketch

Phil doodled this one for a laugh, and I thought I'd share it with you all. The name is a joke, from my old MtG card "Birdmaiden." The German card text just said "Kann fliegen" and we thought that was hilariously to-the-point. So what we have here is clearly a strange product of Mad Science and SF convention art shows.

Tomorrow I'll be calling our server host again, with what I hope is more information that will help them sort out whatever has gone wrong with the Russian Girl Genius server. We'll see how it goes. It can't possibly be insurmountable, there has to be a way to fix this. Argh.

P.S. As previously stated a few times, I've started posting the comic pages here as well as on the main site, giving our Patrons another choice about where to read the comic.

It'll be Patrons Only most of the time, but right now, it's open to the public, because a couple of countries out there are still having a bit of trouble seeing the main Girl Genius Online site.
