Happy Thanksgiving, all you USA folks out there, and happy weekend to everyone else!
We probably won't get the colors up tonight, because Cheyenne needs to catch his turkey just like the rest of us. I'll post them later when they come in.
Phil will be at Emerald City Comic Con starting December 2, at booth 118, our usual spot. I'll be signing as much as I can get my hands on before the con, so people can get autographed books.
Because I want to make an advertising postcard for the con, and needed the URLs, I actually got a start on several things that I've been putting off. For instance:
I've made a store on Redbubble, although it only has one image at the moment. I'm going to try to upload new art every day or so because it's a huge job to tackle our large art backlog and I have a lot of more pressing stuff to get done. But we are this much closer to print-on-demand art prints and posters, so yay! (We do still have the old CafePress store, but it is in dire need of tidying up and I am not at the moment equal to the task.)
I've got the next Kickstarter campaign page sketched in, and a "Prelaunch Page" set up. People can click the button to be notified when the project goes live. It won't be for a couple of months, but it's there.
Um, and that's it, actually. Other than that I'm still packing Kickstarter orders from Sparks & Monsters. The only other thing going on the postcard for the con is The Night Sheriff, Phil's new novel. And I spent some time last night making sure our credit card tech still works, so Phil and company can actually sell things once they get to the con.
And that's all the news that's fit to print. See you soon!
