Now that I'm home from the con, I'm diving into the serious crunch of getting the files ready for the printer. I need to finalize book 20, and retool books 1, 2, and 5 to bring them up to new standards. Mostly, as I've said before, that involves nicer page numbers. Because page numbers are our friends.
San Diego Comic-Con was lovely, but disappointing sales-wise. As in it costs us a lot to be there. We're having to seriously examine our convention attendance and how much it's worth it to us to show up. San Diego, local Seattle cons and Worldcon, yes, other things, maybe not so much. I think we really need to step up our online game, tbh. At least it's a fun challenge! Video games have taught me to enjoy wrangling a company. Weird but true.
