Darkest Dungeon: Worth It Yet?
Added 2015-02-11 23:14:58 +0000 UTCHere's a thing - I've been struggling to know how to deal with Early Access stuff at the moment, especially as it seems like so many of the games that swoop into my HOT-PIPE RADAR these days seem to be Work In Progress rather than done deals. So yeah, IS IT GOOD is strictly reserved for finished games, but WORTH IT YET should hopefully plug the gap and give you an idea of whether it's worth diving in while the hype is still - at the very least - tepid. I enjoyed this vid Matt, but have decided to ignore your suggestion. I'm keen to experience the early version and addition experience the growth of the game. I've played a couple of dungeons so far. Time to listen to some Daft Souls and continue my play. :)

Honestly it's the first early/backer access game i've played in a long time that was thoroughly entertaining from the initial release. But you're right, it's got a little bit more to do to make it a fully balanced and stomach-filling sandwich of joy.
