27 - Baxter's sadness
The quality of the meat from the Arctic foxes is very different from anything Luke had tasted before, very tasty and tender meat but in quantity there was not much of it.
Although it does not have much meat, generally speaking of adult foxes, the amount of meat is much larger, and it also has very little fat.
If you compare Arctic fox meat to Reindeer, just in terms of taste and quality it comes down to a point of personal taste.
However, with the large amount of points he was getting for eating this adult arctic fox, Luke did not stop and continued eating
He was in a hurry to level up, and that was in case he came up against a predator much stronger than him. Right now grizzly bears are in hibernation, they should be, or so Luke thought.
Of course, this is all based on his own knowledge and what should logically happen. Animals normally gather food in the summer to survive the winter, but that shouldn't apply much in the Arctic since it's always cold and food is scarce here.
But where Luke got to with his thoughts was that if there is little prey, and he happens to come across a pack of hungry wolves, a grizzly bear or other creatures unknown to him, a confrontation could break out to either defend this place or defend himself.
Luke did not know if it was a waste to use this potion, to tell the truth he does not know how many more creatures he could hunt in this place which would grant him too many points to level up. Coming to a dead end, he should stop getting good results at a given moment.
Would it be that moment when I stopped leveling up?
He didn't know, but what he did know was that now should level up. Also Luke was very unlucky, that is, he was born in a very bad time in the Arctic. Food is scarce and he is born in the most complicated time of the year in the arctic, obviously if it wasn't for the evolutionary panel he wouldn't know if he would live that long.
Now that he thinks about it, when his father's pack was left outside for several days, Luke came to think that if it weren't for him, many wolves would possibly die.
Rrrr!
"Auuuu!"
At this moment, Ondina, Luke's sister and the little wolf Ardad who were not far from Luke were very curious about this arctic fox that was captured alive.
Although the two wolf cubs were practicing their hunting skills as Luke was looking for, they wanted to play for a moment before killing him.
Crs!
The little arctic fox looked at the two wolves running towards him and screamed in fear.
In the eyes of the little arctic fox, these two demons were about to kill him while that huge wolf was eating his father.
Terror invaded the little arctic fox's body, especially since that white wolf not far away was still feeding with his family.
If Luke thinks about it, this situation is very cruel because that little fox was witnessing a scene that was too brutal.
This he had always avoided, but now Luke needed to teach his manda the basics of taking a life. Looking at the terrified little fox, with his crystalline eyes, he averted his gaze unwilling to witness this horrible game.
He knew there shouldn't be any mistakes, after all, with Baxter overseeing this, there wouldn't be any kind of problem.
As the seconds ticked by, those arctic fox sounds got louder and louder. Meanwhile, Luke continued to eat meat and watch his points go up.
Before long, Luke had devoured the adult arctic fox.
The arctic fox is very light and doesn't have much meat on it, so even if he ate a whole one, Luke now felt half full.
But Luke had done something very curious this time, he always used to not eat the fur, but this time because of how soft and balcony-like it is, Luke carefully removed it and after removing it unharmed put it at the entrance of the cave.
Then he put a stone on it so it wouldn't be blown away by the wind.
Now he waited for the air to dry it out, and then made a kind of bed that would give the little wolves plenty of warmth.
If he ever managed to find any other creature with better fur, Luke would make his own bed. But back to the topic of importance, Luke got a lot of evolutionary points this time.
This is the first time he used the evolution potion, and also the first time he got so many hit points.

Luke took a close look at his basic attributes, after many days of hunting and fully absorbing those potentiator potions, his points had stabilized.
His overall evolution value reached 295 points.
Much closer to advancing to level 6, only 25 points away specifically speaking.
Luke knows very well that as long as he goes out hunting today, or eats tomorrow, he will level up.
At this point, Luke stood up,
On his spotless white hair, there are blood stains from the arctic fox hunt.
He stepped out of the cave, ready to go on a journey.
This time, Baxter was not called,
Because of this incident, it was not convenient to bring Baxter.
Besides, Luke and Baxter had just returned not long ago, so it was not convenient to push him too hard.
But when Baxter realized this, he immediately stopped looking at the Arctic Reindeer and ran towards the cave entrance.
He quickly realized that Luke was not about to inspect the cave.
Instead, he quickly exited the cave.
This puzzled Baxter greatly.
After all, when Luke, his boss, comes out, he always calls him to go hunting together.
"Auuuuuuu!"
Baxter thought that this time his boss forgot to call him, so he howled waiting for a confirmation reply. But after a few seconds, he didn't get an answer.
Among the snow and darkness, only a huge shadow could be seen moving quickly and disappearing after a few seconds.
This made Baxter feel a little disappointed and he went back to the place where he was.
Too sad!
Infinitely sad!
Watching as Ardad and Ondina along with Anie played with the arctic fox that was much faster than them, at first Baxter was excited to teach them, but now he was very sad.
Baxter simply lay on his stomach on his back, as if he were a human, and soon after he began to snore.
He's so sad!
