2023-04-26 18:16:04 +0000 UTCAudrey - it's just occurred to me, maybe I misheard or imagined this, but about a year ago when they announced season 2 was a thing, did they say that they would be filming seasons 2 and 3 back to back? I could have sworn I heard that somewhere last year. That would mean that filming will continue until both seasons are 'in the can' as the saying goes.

2023-04-24 22:14:20 +0000 UTCMy calculation was based on season 1 filming for approximately 3 months from Sep 21, 2021 through Dec 18, 2021 and dropped Jul 1, 2022 (approx 6 months after rap). Season 2 started filming Feb 24, 2022 and rapped May 10, 2022 (about 11/12 weeks) and dropped Nov 1, 2022 (again, approx 6 months). Season 3 is reported to film April through June. So I figure release 6 months later in late December 2023 or early January 2024. Season 1 ended at Christmas break and Lisa loves symmetry so I'm thinking season 3 ending with Christmas at Stora Sundby Castle.

Also, I think the trailer gets released about 2 weeks before the actual first episode starts doesn't it? So if their dates are close to being accurate, then we should see the official trailer around about the middle of July then (maybe).

If the schedule is roughly the same, it could possibly be late-ish November or maybe they’ll go for a Christmas drop? Not sure if I want the latter, though, in case the ending ruins Christmas for me and everyone else. 😬
