Ritchie quite rightly had reason to be narked at what Patrick said, or didn't say, in this case, he was right, it totally sounded like he was ashamed of him for 'just' cutting hair and then he didn't stand up to Augustine who is an utter dick (do we think it's a common theme with people called August!) I understand where Lynn is coming from but I really want to see him and Dom get together. A quick glimpse of Russell Tovey was enough to send Patrick all wrong and he'd been doing so well with Ritchie. I don't know if anyone noticed what i put in the last Looking post but Jonathan Groff has just been added to the new Doctor Who cast in a key figure role 😊😊

2023-05-06 08:14:42 +0000 UTCI agree. There is a lot of tension in this episode. Augustine in particular seems to have a huge amount of anger simmering just under the surface all the time. This episode, unlike the previous one, gives me a feeling of underlying melancholy and most of the characters seem to be heading towards some kind of unravelling. I keep wondering when we’re going to get more of Russell Tovey, which I guess is a deliberate ploy, but I hope it’s soon.

2023-05-06 07:04:54 +0000 UTCI have a feeling that peri-peri chicken is more popular in the UK than it is in the US, but that’s mostly based from seeing YouTube vlogs from the UK where people are eating it and cooking it for dinner. I have a feeling it might be a bit too spicy for my taste. Also, I have to admit I am one of these weird people for whom summer is my least favorite season, but that’s probably because where I live, most of it tends to be very hot and humid, and all I want to do is stay inside in an air-conditioned room. Anyway, the show continues to be intriguing, though I have my doubts we’re heading toward any kind of a happy ending anytime soon (which makes sense, since it’s only the sixth episode of I think 18).
