Well, what can I say?
Added 2023-05-19 15:19:06 +0000 UTCThis has been a very nostalgic trip for me. This particular venue is where I did my first ever professional performing job 11 or 12 years ago and I haven’t been back since.
As for the show? Incredible. 4000 Miles is a beautiful 1 act play about love, loss and family. The latter of which is always particularly hard for me to watch.
Bash was phenomenal. I feel privileged to have see his performance which was heartfelt and beautifully honest. We don’t get nearly enough screen time from him in Heartstopper to show his talents but they were solidified today in Chichester on stage.
I’m not a “stage door” person anymore (i used to be as a theatre kid growing up) but I couldn’t miss the opportunity to tell someone involved how much Heartstopper helped me heal when I didn’t even know I needed it.
And I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to grab a pic for you all as I know you’ll appreciate 🍂 ❤️
