Welcome back to another video and to Episode 9 of Looking! The penultimate episode! This show has really started to hit hard for me in the latter half of season 2 and I'm really starting to fall in love with it! I'm excited to see where the season ends and what the movie has in store!
See you all in the comments!
Love, always ♥️

After all the YR reposting spam i forgot i hadn't watched this episode! How is it that Augustine is coming out of this season as the most grown up and self aware of them all?? I love him and Eddie together and am so happy that Eddie has now agreed to calling him his boyfriend. I can totally see where Doris is coming from, her and Dom had become so co dependant on each other that i think it had to hit a wall at some point, i just hope that once they both have time to calm down, breathe and in Dom's case realise what he did, how he made her feel and realise by himself that he needs to do more than just say sorry, he needs to realise what he's done and really mean it when he says it. (i'm sure i could have said that in a shorter way!!) Kevin and Patrick are moving in together??????? Why????? This is all waaayy to fast and it is going to crash and burn somewhere along the way, like maybe the last episode?

2023-07-21 23:38:01 +0000 UTCI wouldn’t have put off watching this episode a full day if I had known we were going to get so much Julia Duffy! Even though her announcement threw everyone for a loop, all of the scenes with Patrick’s mother were terrific - writing, acting, etc. It was painful watching Doris and Dom’s friendship take a beating, especially since we like those characters so much. I’m also loving the relationship between Augustin and Eddie. And I too think things are moving too quickly for Patrick and Kevin. I wouldn’t be surprised if some things were left unresolved at the end of the next episode, particularly if the show’s creators were hoping for a third season.

2023-07-21 01:07:08 +0000 UTCOh, I'm here for Augustin and Eddie's relationship! I love them! It was hard to watch Doris and Dom. It's heartbreaking. But at the same time it's something they have to go through. Again, I don't feel excited about Patrick and Kevin relationship. It's "too much" as Ruth said. There is something off about Kevin...

2023-07-19 16:06:18 +0000 UTCHow on earth is it that Augustine has emerged as the mature, well balanced, charming guy with a great partner in a loving relationship while most things around him are falling apart? I wouldn’t have put any money on that when I first began watching the show. But although people can change, some people don’t change and the situation with Patrick and Kevin seems too fast, too soon and too romantic to be true…and that’s coming from a romantic! 😏 Doris I think has reached the point where she sees the possibility of a serious commitment and needs to prioritise herself for once. She isn’t entirely wrong in describing herself and Dom as a co-dependent mess, although I hope that they can rebuild their friendship. Dom saying sorry isn’t enough in the sense that he needs to take responsibility for assuming that he had the money before it was confirmed. And this is something he needs to sort out for himself rather than relying on someone else. Not sure if all of this can be resolved in one episode! 😬🙃
