Running around the neighborhood on little adventures, playing video games until your eyes hurt, and telling jokes until you were both out of breath.
Unfortunately, you moved away and lost contact for a while. Years passed until you landed in a new city for work. It turns out that’s where Ruby ended up, too. You reunited, figured out that your friend had quadrupled in size, and some deeply buried feelings were brought to light.
