Velvet took a deep breath. She was incredibly nervous today. Although she was often timid and nervous about many things, an empty bank account added to that. Most of today’s anxiety stemmed from her plan to earn some quick cash.
Burger Hog was a host to many food challenges. Plenty of students from Beacon had taken them on as a way to get good food for incredibly cheap. They often seemed to forget how fattening the restaurant’s food was, though. Those bold huntresses-in-training were often airlifted back to Beacon; their blobbified bodies left naked and almost unrecognizable.
