Weather Notification - Interesting Live Creation?
Added 2019-04-29 09:21:06 +0000 UTCDuring my break the Google Weather widget stopped working correctly so I took that as an opportunity to create a daily weather notification that would make that widget obsolete for me :)
It may not show everything that the Google widget does, but for me this is all the info I need, so I don't think I'll ever use the widget again.
Features from top to bottom:
- Subtext has your location name
- Second row has links to popular weather services in case I want to check more info or alternative weather data
- Second row also has a refresh button
- Third row is the day of the week the data refers to. It always shows the next 5 days of data
- 4th row is the max temperature for each day
- 5th row is the min temperature
- 6th row is the cloud percentage for each day
- 7th is the rain probability
- 8th is the sunrise and sunset times
- Background color is light yellow if max temperature for the current day is above 20ºC and light blue if it's below that.
- Icon is static. I was thinking of making it dynamic depending on current conditions, but haven't gone around to that yet.

Ok, it seems this will be my next live creation! I'll try to get on it as soon as I can! There are some Tasker update related issues that I had not foreseen that I have to take care of :)

2019-04-30 17:31:26 +0000 UTCI love weather stuff! I made a weather overlay from AutoTools Web screens and linked it to my Bixby button. Weather at a touch! I've used the other weather notification tutorials that you made using WeatherUnderground also. Can't get enough... 😁
