Flexi Squirrel (Update #2)

So it definitely bothered me that some of you were still getting broken front legs. So I studied the hell out of it, intentionally broke a few legs myself, and made more adjustments.
I can't promise there will be no more amputee squirrels, but there should be a lot less.
Also please note that if the legs are really stuck to the build plate and you need to pop them off, I think it's best to knock them towards the body so they don't hyper extend and snap.

I have the powder coated plated and I can’t use any spatulas. Fingers crossed for next try - although I don’t mind gluing while I figure out the settings. Love this cutie pie squirrel 🐿

2022-05-31 03:50:39 +0000 UTCI think it just depends on how "stuck" they are to your build plate. Flexible PEI, is one that I use, and when cool, everything slides off. But I also know that others have different build plates, and different adhesion requirements and settings. So, if this was a weak spot, it was very generous of you to fix it! Thumbs up!

2022-05-31 02:33:36 +0000 UTCSo far, so good for me too using the original beta version. When i printed on the glass plate, I was careful to undo the legs from the inside to the outside by working the body first with the plastic scraper and making my way out to the feet.
