Flexi Factory Alien Spinner BONUS... aka "Bob"

Hi Folks!

Bob the Alien comes with a very interesting story that I haven't really talked about until now.

Several years ago, after I moved to Texas, I started a YouTube channel for toddlers. At the time I had a toddler of my own, and I noticed there weren't a ton of videos geared to that very narrow age group.

I named it Bouncing Baby TV.  And I put my heart and soul into it. I also got some help from my kids and wife as voice talents.

At first it had a slow start, but then in 2019 it exploded big time! I was getting millions of views in a single day. Within 6 months I had 5.5 million subs, and 1.5 Billion views.   ...I was told I broke YouTube.

Very excited, I got in touch with YouTube and asked for my Platinum Plaque.  At first they were excited for me, but then the tone changed and I was put on hold.  When they came back they told me that someone would get back to me on this.

They never got back to me.  Instead a short time after they demonetized my channel. 🤯

I was devastated, I kept contacting them and every time they gave me a different ridiculous excuse for why this happened. I even restructured to satisfy some of their requests,  but nope! they wouldn't budge.  A lawyer I spoke to gave me the impression that I would not win this, so I eventually moved on.

I always assumed that with the speed that it grew, YouTube thought I was doing something nefarious to grow. 🤷‍♂️ But I think what was really happening was kids were in control of their parents phones, and my videos were the ones they were repeatedly clicking.

As I'm typing this I know that it all worked out for the best. Having all of the support I get here far exceeds anonymous support of 2-year-olds. 🤣 and I love designing Flexis!
