Art asset progress update- Febuary 2025 to Mid-March 2025

For this update I decided to record the video together with members from our Discord server!

I tried to go more in-debt about my sprite making process,
what my workflow looks like, what are some of the challenges I face  with sprite making
and how I solve them!
It was a lot of fun streaming together with others,
and I really enjoyed answering all of the questions given during the stream!
I'm thinking of doing the same next time, so make sure to keep an eye on our server
and join in as well, especially if you've got some questions!

You can enjoy all the new sprites in the games latest update,
but if you want to take a closer look, then check the zip file in the attachments of this post,
where I've included all of the sprites I worked on, separated into individual PNG's.
Plus there's a folder I've labeled "Sequence", which contains PNG's of the sprites
inside of the apartment.
I gave this to TinkeringTurian as a guide for how to position the sprites in-game,
might as well share it to you all so you can flip through it at your leisure!

Plans for the rest of March and April:
The face rig on Red's 3D model is currently set up with a number of Drivers and Shape keys,
 Wanting to save time, I assumed that it would be enough,
 but turns out that it's harder to work within it's limitations than I expected,
 and isn't very ergonomic to use.
 So I've tasked my assistant to take the time and make her a face rig with bones,
 This will give me a lot more needed control over her expressions,
 especially during the sex scene.
 While I wait for him to do that, I'll work on a commission which I've put on pause
 after our Kickstarter ended, which I hope to finish by the 22nd of March.
 After that's done, It's back to the grind with working on all of Red's still sprites
 and animations, They'll be fairly detail-rich, so I might end up needing extra time,
 but I'll do my utmost to make them worth the wait!
