KYLIE MINOGUE Impossible Princess Full Album REACTION!

Comments

Finally also Kylie worked with the British electronic trio ‘Brothers In Rhythm’ on KM94 and again on Impossible Princess. Some Kind Of Bliss and I Don’t Need Anyone were written with the Welsh rock band Manic Street Preachers (whom i’m not that familar with although I do recognise having seen the title of their #1 song in 1998 ‘If You Tolerate This Your Children Will Be Next’. Also some of the tracks a lot of the demo ideas made the final recordings and have some elements that aren't as polished which gives a bit of a added rawness/character to the songs as a style thing.

Cowboy Style also has a bit of a Celtic/Irish kinda flair (similar to maybe something by The Corrs or slighty later in 1998 by B*Witched) as well as a slight country twang. That was the music video of footage from the Live and Intimate Tour which supported this album in 1998. It was the closing single of the era. it made the cutoff for nomination for 1999's ARIA Awards, where like some of Kylie's nominations in the 1998 awards for Impossible princess, lost to Natalie Imbruglia, whose album LEFT OF THE MIDDLE (containing 'Torn') also released in late 1997 and had a singles run into 1998. English director/actor Dexter Fletcher appears in the Some Kind Of Bliss video (he's been in a few things I recognise the names of), and you reacted to Did It Again video in the Nov 2020 Australian Mixtape (and I homaged it in the producer card lol).
