Thats one of the 2 main different album covers this album had (was a bit of a regional/original vs re-release edition kinda thing maybe too). It also had a few different shuffles of the tracklisting with regional/tour re-releases over the 3 or so years the era plodded along for. This song was later in one of them, and in the first 5 or so tracks in another.
Also you have the more countryfied mix and the dance pop mixes of some songs like That Don't Impress Me Much, a trend I thin i've mentioned before which was in full swing for her 2002 album UP! that had colour coded mixes.
I went and listened to Be Like That - not sure if I have heard before or know well (Wikipedia says it was used in American Pie 2 soundtrack) but I definitely am familiar with songs like 'Kryptonite', 'Here Without You' and 'It's Not My Time' from 3 Doors Down.
The little plucky melody in the 3DD song reminds me of something else cant quite place (maybe Wherever You Will Go or a similar guitar led song). And yep, G D Em C in G Major is I V vi IV Progression as in Cmajor scale at C G Am F. ;)
