RA and the Presedjet are part of the great triumvirate along with the DODEKATHEON and the Aesir Aggregate who all agree on trying to keep a fine balance to what is left of the universe. The Presejet was ground zero for the Aborted Incursion and although everywhere suffered they were hit hardest. They also have a most history with the Aborted ones (Apep).
Ra projects his will across multiple galaxies and keeps his territory from crumbling but he is weakening with age and Apep's cancerous matter-eating poisons were never cured after their battles, he is dying. Osiris was MIA after the incursions; it is though he was taken by tentacles before the holy stitches closed the wounds in reality. SOBEK and Sekhmet have had to pull more weight in the family dealings but are still god powerhouses and deterrents to the other 2 triumvirate members from attempting aggressive expansion.
