ENLIL MOON FORTRESS lore brainstorm

Curiously enough WYRMS did not create the satellite but something much older did, a fortress city was carved out inside it but long since abandoned before the first WYRMS discovered it during the empire expansion. It was UMBABA's military headquarters until the usurpation and was eventually taken over by his descendant ENLIL. From the Moon WYRMS inflict the earth with evil magik that envelop the planet.
I think this is where the Black Knight is. That one is definitely off planet.

The Ebon Parasite Armor (Black knight) was originally the greatest weapon WYRM technology/magik could produce. it was untamable to even UMBABA but somehow fell into human hands and committed such a great Dragon slaughter that to this day WYRMS mourn on the anniversary.

2020-02-29 09:49:16 +0000 UTCyesss the Black Knight satellite is one of my favorite conspiracies but that is just the prison. the ebon parasite armor is too dangerous to allow infection on the earth but it cannot come back to the moon, the WYRMS are too afraid after the slaughter it caused. it must be kept contained in orbit trapped in the infinite labyrinth sarcophagus. i am inspired by allot of moon mythology in mesoamerican and asian lore also some of the crazier stuff (moon nazis/secret space program)

I keep thinking of the Fortress of Doom in Doom Eternal and the Black Knight just dropping in wherever WYRMS arise in significant numbers. I appreciate you just dropping these details and leaving us to fill in the blanks. The idea of there being older history beyond WYRM colonization is fascinating, excited to see how that develops. By any chance is this idea inspired by The First Men on the Moon? Secret underground civilisations in the moon are one of my favorite things.
