Sorry for the caps, just wanted to let you know that this is almost the last day of the month. If you need to take a break from being a patron today is the day to do it so you do not get charged for next month.
OR if you have a chance to check your payment method to make sure it does not expire that would be a huge help to cut down on our declines for next month, those normally hit in the high 500s, this month, understandably, our new declined pledges is double what it was last month. This is one of the reasons canceling your pledge now is much better for us than just letting your card expire.
Based on patron feedback I strongly recommend paying by paypal when possible as that avoids most declines.
The #1 thing that lowers declines is just using the bonus content. Patrons that use the bonus content on a regular basis are much more likely to stay up to date and to be satisfied and long term patrons. If you have not set up your bonus content or need help just goto the bottom of this post!
