Fix for "I GET TOO Many Emails from PATREON!!!" (and new listener guide)

Also Patreon can send out a lot of emails, our show is pretty rare in the fact we put out a ton of bonus content so you might feel like you are getting too many messages from patreon...good news the fix is super easy via this https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002984566-Manage-my-email-notifications
Manage my email notifications as a patron
- Hover over your profile avatar to expand the user menu
- Click on My profile settings
- Click the Email notifications link from the menu bar
- As a default, you'll be opted in to receive all email notifications. As a default, you'll be opted in to receive all email notifications. Switch off notifications you no longer want to receive
- We’ll auto-save your changes
There is not an option to opt-out of receiving email notifications of private messages between you and your creators.
