SPEED PAINT 1 - Digital Painting
Added 2019-01-28 22:46:23 +0000 UTCI finally found a nice way to show the way I paint in a small video!
This speedpaint shows a coloring process that I use, which is based a lot in traditional painting ideas.
Don't blink, it goes fast haha, but I think it gives an idea on how I go from a sketch to a final picture. As you may notice, most of the pic is done with simple brushes: round or square ones, and very few layers.
I like to separate background from characters to easily change hues and add light, but in the end it all ends up flattened.
