Balloon Yoga (Popping Ending)

Once upon a time, there were two girls, a blonde and a redhead. These two girls spend a lot of their time at a private dojo, in a bamboo forest outside of town, practicing the untold art of Balloon Yoga, doing stretch exercises and practicing deep breathing. It was only a matter of time before they both got so good at it, they became inflatable superhumans. Their bodies are more flexible than anyone else’s and their lungs are capable of holding infinite amounts of air. With these facts combined, they harness the ability to inflate themselves by inhaling chunk after chunk of air until they’re the size of six-foot beach balls. They find it as the most efficient way to unwind, relax, and put the mundane stress of life aside.

One day though, one of them decided to take it a little further.

It started off normal. The blonde and the redhead both laid down on their backs. Then they took normal deep breaths before they started to inhale. When they did, everything from their chest down to their ankles began to swell up simultaneously. Every ounce of air in their bodies just makes them more immobile. They breathed in and in and in until they reached the size of six-foot beach balls, with their limbs in the form of divots. Then they held it in for a few minutes before they exhaled and deflated, down to a paper-thin state.

This was enough to satisfy the blonde, but the redhead was just getting started.

The blonde took one deep breath to expand her back to her normal state. The redhead did some more normal breathing to ready herself before she started to inhale again. She began expanding like a balloon once more, reaching her usual size, then surpassing it. Now she was an eight-foot ball, with her limbs blown up so much they disappeared in her newly expanded mass.

The blonde saw everything unfold from right next to the redhead, and suggested that maybe she should stop, assuming the worst as she thought she or the redhead couldn’t get much bigger than that.

But the redhead had no intention of stopping or deflating herself anytime soon. She continued to inhale non-stop, her hands, feet, and head sinking deeper into her body as she grew. She even took up more and more space in the dojo with each passing second. It wasn’t long before she had gotten so big, her body popped the roof off of the dojo, giving her more room to grow.

The redhead kept inflating as she kept inhaling, outgrowing her surroundings bit by bit. The acres of bamboo trees around her were getting smaller and smaller in comparison. It wasn’t too long before the redhead got so big, she was able to outgrow the entire bamboo forest, and was pretty visible from the outskirts of town. At that point, though, her body began to groan and creak vigorously. She was reaching her limits, and was also getting tired from all the breathing, but she still was trying to force more air into herself. So, pausing for a moment, she used all the energy she had left to make one more big, long, deep gasp of air, forcing more pressure into herself until…

*BOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*

All that pressure finally became too much for the redhead, and she exploded, spewing a brief yet huge rush of wind all over the forest and within town. As for the redhead, she just came floating back down to the dojo floor next to the blonde. She just popped herself back to a paper-thin state.

The blonde was amazed that the redhead was able to build that much stamina and resistance during her training, but the redhead said she shouldn't be so surprised. They both go through the same amount of training every day, so it’s only reasonable that the blonde should be able to inflate herself towards the same extent.

Thus, throughout the rest of their practices, the blonde and the redhead put their training to the test and inhale their bodies to their limits, each time getting bigger than before.

And they felt more relaxed than ever.
