Had an insane quad day while out of town x_x I never skip a leg day (my calves might need a day too tbh)

WHAT I DID TODAY:

25 Min walk on 6 incline, 3 speed

3x10 medium weight squat

goblet squats

3x 10 weighted goblet squats into body weight goblet squats until failure

3x10 elevated reverse lunge

CORE:

45 sec on 15 sec off REPEAT 3x

crunches

bicycle crunch

dead bugs

plank
