I know growing a tree out of killing someone and seeming like you planned it the whole time would be a little over the top for a believer of the seven but the blackfish already knows about a lot of the Lords of the north including Ned Stark and one of the Bannerman of the riverlands also believes in the old gods and after everything he's done in improving himself in his relationship it just seems out of character that the blackfish who doesn't follow the society norms of getting married or listening to the Lord's would be that harsh about it but this is the first like character flaw that I've ever seen but hey I mean maybe in person growing a tree out of killing someone like that would just be way too much but after everything they've been through even though it wasn't that long I feel like the blackfish built a deeper bond with him then that
