Added 2024-07-18 21:54:53 +0000 UTCHe's based on a neutron star (and so are his abilities) so his outfit and hair had to be white and blue in my mind.
I had a blue hair concept too but I don't know if it works as well ... even with the lighter skin I couldn't make it look cohesive at all (3rd image), might just be because of the hair shading though it was very rushed
