Podcast Ep 8!

First off, so glad you enjoy the podcasts! I feel like we've come a long way since our first big intense yet humorous exchange, and I feel that something like a podcast will only bridge our audience relationship a little more. Second I believe you're right about the hacks thing, as others have pointed it out since the latest podcast. Internet humor can be funny. Sometimes people just assume everyone knows all the same inside jokes and it can lead to confusion and misunderstandings. Live and learn!

So I binge-listened to your Podcasts (hadn't listened to one before) on my Adirondacks trip this weekend (6 hours of Auralnauts for 10 hrs of driving). Thanks for the insights and the laughs! Just one thing I wanted to mention, when someone comments "you hacks", that's likely a reference to RedLetterMedia comment sections where people often jokingly call them hacks or hack frauds. Since you absolutely have a ton of crossover fans from the Plinkett Star Wars reviews, I wouldn't be surprised if that was the reason.

And with jabbas palace, the first thought that came into my mind was a retirement home... Dont know how it could be reconstructed. But that would be a hilarious take.

You could make the perfect video and someone would still troll it.

Yeah, that's mostly what works for me. At the end of the day if you're owning what you do, no one can touch you. It's the people that are clearly in denial that set us back

To clarify, I wear cool hats because I like hats. It just so happens I'm also bald so I now have to live with the oppression and stigma of a man who wears cool hats to hide his baldness when i'm comfortable with both. It's the conflicted duality of the situation that has driven me to drink...
