Not Okay

I am so sorry. This post is not a great one for me to make. I am very much not okay. I feel like this past week has been rough with me being sick. But tonight I just received a call I was not ready nor wanting to receive.
I don't have much to say, but that I am going to need a moment. I will still be posting, but I may be even slower in responding.
I also just want to take a small moment here: hug your loved ones. Hug them hard. And, also, do the things that make you happy. Enjoy the small things, allow yourself to enjoy the little moments we may all take for granted. I know so many times we feel like we have to grind hard...but there's so much life to live. And, don't take for granted that you'll be able to speak to your friend/family member/loved one tomorrow. That text you were gonna send? Send it. The call you missed? Call them back.
I know this may sound weird and like I'm probably standing on a little podium, but right now I'm wishing I did take an extra moment. I'm wishing I didn't take tomorrow for granted. And it hurts, a lot.
Life is so delicate. I think it's easy for all of us to forget that.
I love you all, I appreciate you all, and I wish I could hug you all. <3
