It is just all the ways that stories try to persuade that first crossdressing, and a new one (I think). So I will leave readers to consider what happened in the swimming hole and afterwards.

Hi John - I like to vary POVs and most gender change stories seem to be first person the transitioner. I have done alternating voices, and even parallel voices, in other stories.
