Decor with a Purpose: Useful Hand Soap
Added 2022-02-13 16:21:37 +0000 UTCI finally figured out what I wanted to do for hand soap! It's actually based on some existing functionality in the game: the soap dispenser upgrade that sinks can get.

- Merged contains all objects in one file. Nice and easy if you have all the packs included and want to minimize your mod files.
- ByPack contains a TUNING file and one file per pack. You can pick and choose the packs you have/want.
