CAS Items: Recolors for School Colors

IMPORTANT: If you have my School Colors & Better Outfits (YM & YF) or HSY Uniforms Grade School (CU & CF) these are included in those and may conflict if you download these versions.

- Added additional swatches for: BG YM Sporty Jacket Recolor, BG YF Sporty Jacket Recolor, BG CU Sweater Vest Recolor, BG CF Skirt Recolor, HSY YM Chess Jacket Recolor
- Made the blue pants in BG YF Dress Pants Recolor darker
