This is a complicated one because there are several variables to take into account: whether the MC accepted to participate in the “no-orgasm” challenge, whether he was successful or failed, and, even if he was successful, he could still tell Deb that he failed. There are no major consequences for picking either of those choices, they are just there to help you build the scene the way you like.
Dependently on your choices, you can either get a scene where Deb gives the MC a ruined orgasm with just her leg, or a scene where she spanks him.
The only way to fail the challenge is if you got some of the scenes with Lea, either on chapter 3 or chapter 4. If you’re not on Lea’s path, you couldn’t have failed the challenge. However, you can still choose to tell Deb that you did, if you want the punishment scene. If you do so, by the end, she’ll see through it and know it was a lie. This is taken as a “white lie” and doesn’t affect Deb’s opinion of the MC. So, don’t be afraid of going through that path if you prefer that scene, but didn’t get the opportunity to fail the challenge.
