Taking a sunbath on top of a ship might be very relaxing to some people, but when this poor woman was sunbathing, the ship went through some bumps, and sent her into the ocean. Not being able to swim, and topless due to the impact, she quickly sinks to the ocean below, as nobody on board seems to realize the woman went missing. The only thing showing any hint possible of the lost passanger, is a sunhat, floating at the surface.
