Caden's Wet Dream

Caden was just minding his own business, taking a quick nap after a long day. He then heard a strange noise coming out the corner of the room; initially he paid no attention to it, but it started to become louder with each second.
Caden got himself out of bed, only to find out that the room was filling up with water, having already gotten to his waist! He was confused as to where the water was coming from, and he had little time to investigate before he had to tread water. It didn't take long for the whole room to be completely filled, as Caden took a long, deep breath and slowly sank downwards...
Caden tried opening the door of the bedroom to let himself out, but it wouldn't budge. The only window in his bedroom led out to outer space, so breaking those windows wouldn't do much good. There was nothing he could do to escape... so Caden decided to make the most of his predicament, and get a quick one off before he passed out. Even so, the depleting air in his lungs was turning him on...but he was running out of time. Caden reflexibly reached for his throat as he ran out of breath.
As it turned out, his lungs gave up. Caden let in a breath without thinking, inadvertently taking in a mouthful of water. Caden's mind then went blank, his body shaking as his lungs struggled to process the water inside of him. He was still breathing in quickly and erratically, staring up to the ceiling as his mind started to fizzle out. He could feel his whole body start to relax, with his lungs relieved of its pressure, letting the sounds of the water swirling around his ears help him drift off to sleep...
This would be one dream Caden wouldn't forget for a while.
