Late for the party

Lyvia and Julya (OCs) went exploring a shipwreck together by themselves. After a few minutes have passed, both girls were needing to catch a breath, but there no air pockets in sight for them to take.
Eventually, the two girls ended up in a party room, and they were able to take a few baloons that were still barely filled with air. But even with them, Julya seems to really be at her limit, and she needs more air than that. Could the both girls find an air source in time?
