After a few seconds passed, Kiyomi realizes that neither of them agreed to there being rules for the contest, so she takes full advantage of that, and surprise Ley with a smooch on her cheek! Totally getting her off guard, and taking away all her focus.
The shock made Ley run out of air fast, and she quickly swims back up for air, as Kiyomi lays down, and celebrate her clever victory.
