Little Tiny Things p.8

Hey little fellows!

I've been busy with things last week but I'm proud to present you this next page of LTT! I've put a lot of love in it<3

I've also decided to switch to computer font, instead of handwriting the text myself, as it's a lot of extra work when I translate it from French to English!

I've tested some different fonts out, then looked back to the one I use in my other webcomic Headless Bliss and went "ooh pretty" and we'll see if it sticks but I do like its style :) (it's called Klepon Scone, free to use and download on dafont.com!)

Hope you enjoy, thank you very much for your amazing support!!

Comments

Having become a dedicated insect-spotter over the pandemic, I love this scene. (There are so many! they're everywhere! and so many kinds! We're never alone - not really.)

Taking time out and relaxing is important. When you calm and steady yourself down and get in a comfortable frame of mind, you can get so much more done, and do it better. A rubber sheet stretched tight will only carry so much before it snaps, whereas a rubber sheet that has some slack to it will bend more, and so will be able to carry so much more. Anyway... The new font is quite attractive. It has a rather loose, doodly feel to it, while still having a bit of gravitas. Although, it's a little tough to read, at least in the resolution that the pages are in at the moment. I can read all the words, just about, but maybe a font where the letters aren't so close together would look more distinct. The details here are exquisite! The knife, the scissors, the phone, the trees, the fingers... they look so real and yet they still have a certain style to them.

Yes, although it's not an important text to read, I think in this situation I should either write vague scribbles or make it completely visible, even if it isn't 'important'. But not have this inbetween.

J'adore! <3

Beautiful! Have to say I have a hard time reading text like the telephone, even when I zoom in.

It's already packed with such emotions and beautiful art. And I really want to give Pia a hug. Feels like she needs one

Pia's mom writes to her in Spanish for those who can't tell. "Pia querida, como te fue con la mudanza? Entraron toda tus cositas en la casa grande? Toda la familia te mandamos un besote <3" EN: Pia darling, how did the move go? did all your stuff (literally: little things) fit in the big house? the whole family sends you a big kiss" FR: Pia chérie, comment ça s'est pasé le déménagement? toutes tes petites affaires ("tes petites choses") sont rentrées dans la grande maison? gros bisou de la part de toute la famille.

Font looks great! I am already quite smitten with Pia! Can't wait to see where this journey takes us :D
