I often do my shading all on one layer depending on the piece.
I love drawing Turt in unflattering, ill-fitting outfits though I'm unsure of how this humor will catch onto others and as much as I want to post this to other sites I am hesitant.. thinking... it's possible I will re-draw this another time.
