I'm wondering if they just wanted to get away from it becoming a London-only show and are open to having it anywhere that's willing to host a stadium show. Since Tony had announced at All In 2023 that it was coming back for 2024 they were committed but it probably was never meant to be an annual London show. If they want it to be their WrestleMania it only makes sense to start shopping it to different cities around the world.
