I donโt know that moving FURTHER away from downtown was a great idea. People from Indy donโt really tend to like heading out to Fishers. The fairgrounds has a great parking situation and the arena looked good on TV. This is a brand new arena and this is the first real big event there, so knowing how to scale it and set it up might be tricky, as can predicting what kind of sales to expect. Hopefully they got a good deal on the building.
