Initial setup notes for AEW All In Texas
Added 2024-12-01 14:07:50 +0000 UTCI don’t have an estimate for the show yet, as it’s currently in VIP presale only. The general presale begins tomorrow, December 2, and tickets for AEW All In: Texas will go on sale to the public on Monday, December 9, at 10 AM CT.
However, I do have an initial setup estimate.
Based on the sections opened so far, the setup currently accommodates 24,171 reserved seats (excluding the VIP deck and suites). This number can and likely will change, especially as demand becomes clearer during the public on-sale period.
Here’s what’s included in the setup so far:
The entire floor
Sections 5–24
Sections 104–124
Sections 209–226 (note: Sections 209–211 aren’t marked as open on the map but do have single tickets available, and Sections 207–208 are expected to open soon, following the pattern of other opened sections)
Sections 316–321
I’ll update once more information becomes available during the sale.
Comments
This is just a VIP presale. Only like 2,500ish tickets were made available. They only opened certain rows in each sections; it's very scattered.

2024-12-01 16:20:27 +0000 UTCI went to the stadium in May bc working on going to all mlb stadiums. They need to bring up Six Flags is down the road from it. Im dreading the heat walking around but i booked a rental car. I think they get 12-15k easy just for it being Texas's first ppv

2024-12-01 15:59:11 +0000 UTCI think they can get 25K. 25-30k seems like it would be a financial success (but I have 0 insight into that). All In now has two years of 50K or more in London. They have both been big memorable shows so they can use that history in trying to build their flagship event. I was fortunate to go to London this year for All In and it was just a lot of fun. I’m very happy AEW is giving it a go stateside.

2024-12-01 15:27:42 +0000 UTCIf they fill 30k people in this arena, this is going to be sure shot success for them. Let's go aew!!!!

2024-12-01 15:22:58 +0000 UTC24k is quite a confident initial seat opening. This definitely needs to be marketed as a “you need to be there” event, put out chatter about how great a vacation to Dallas is etc.

2024-12-01 14:58:00 +0000 UTCI wonder if the VIP tix will move better in presale/General bc a good chunk of the top package sold but the others didnt sell much

2024-12-01 14:43:57 +0000 UTCYa 25k is probably the realistic number. 30k would be hopeful

2024-12-01 14:28:58 +0000 UTCWhat would we gauge as a good first count here, 10k?
