Section 116 was not used and has been removed from the estimate. The ring and stage were moved forward, resulting in Section 116 being closed off.
Section 105 became the hard cam section, replacing Section 106, which was previously designated as such before the layout change.
It's likely that anyone who purchased seats in Section 116 was relocated to Section 104, as that section never opened on the map (to my knowledge) but appeared to be occupied.
The east part of the floor map was also reduced.
