I explained it in the chat some more but UBS is pretty big and even the limited amount of sections open are decent sized. Those red rectangles in the screenshot were excluded too.

I do feel they will need some kind of WWE collaboration to get the bigger numbers like filling the entire lower bowl which should be the realistic target. I think they must have something planned to pick such a big venue. Maybe a last ever TNA AJ Styles match? edit: depending on injury/return timetable I should add.
